From the Newark Star-Ledger, here is the 53 man roster.
With the acquistions of Rosenfels and Reynaud, the Giants needed to cut 24 players in order to get to the mandatory 53 man roster.

Tight Ends (2): Kevin Boss, Travis Beckum

Here are the players waived: QBs Rhett Bomar and Dom Randolph, RBs Brown and Gartrell Johnson, FB Jerome Johnson, TE Scott Chandler and Pascoe, WRs Derek Hagan and Tim Brown, OL Guy Whimper, Jacob Bender, Herb Taylor, Jim Cordle and Todd Londolt; DL Alford, Tommie Hill, Alex Hall, Dwayne Hendricks, Nate Collins; DBs John Busing, Seth Williams, Courtney Brown, Matt O’Hanlon and Sha’reff Rashad.
Looking at the roster, I am shocked the Giants are keeping EIGHT linebackers. Why? And they have TWO tight ends! Unless they plan on acquiring a tight end off of waivers, how can they go into the season with just two guys?
